- Returned without original invoice
- Items with missing parts, box, or any other accessories from the original box
Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 3 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions only:
- Goods to be replaced or returned are in good saleable condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
- Goods to be replaced or returned should be that which are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
- Jewelry Accessories & Handbags should be returned with original branded boxes, and placed inside a parcel box when being shipped.
- You can change any product by choosing another size/color of available stocks while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.
